Where is pick up from?
Pick up is in Avondale, Auckland, New Zealand
Do you guys do drop offs and if so, how much for?
Yes we offer drop offs around Auckland depending on where you live. Generally we cover roughly a 30km radius around Avondale area including Manurewa, Howick, Henderson, Albany. Price ranges from $10 - $20 depending on location. Please note drop off is available only if we are available at the time
How do I arrange drop off?

How long will shipping take?
Shipping within New Zealand generally takes anywhere between 2-4 work days, once dispatched, depending on the area you live. Your postage will also include a tracking number. Please allow 1-4 days extra (depending on how busy we are) for your order to be processed before being dispatched.
If I place an order today, when will my order be shipped out to me or when can I pick up?
This depends on how busy we are at the time of your order, and what your order is (1 canvas, 5 canvases, 1 poster, 5 posters, etc). For our A3 framed posters, pick up is usually available either the same day or the very next day or up to 4 days during busier periods. For larger orders, such as our canvases, please allow 1-4 days, depending on how many you ordered, for your canvases to be made for you, before being dispatched/picked up.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order on the New Zealand Post website by clicking here. We will email you your tracking number once your order has been posted out to you.
Can I pay cash instead upon pick up?
If thats more convenient for you, you are welcome to pay cash upon pick up for only our A3 Framed Posters. We do however require orders to be placed online for our Art Canvases.
Are you guys a physical store?
At the moment we are not a physical walk-in store and currently sell from home.
How much is postage?
For local New Zealand orders, postage is generally $25 tracked NZ wide for our large canvases and $20 tracked NZ wide for our framed A3 size posters.
Can you combine shipping?
Yes, we can combine shipping.
If I order more than 1 item, do you offer discounts?
Please get in touch via our instagram page or send us an email with what you're after and we'll be happy to help you out.
What if my item is damaged during transit?
All of our canvases and posters that we post, are wrapped 3-5 times in bubble wrap and protected with cardboard. In the odd chance however that your order gets damaged during transit, please send us an email with photos attached of damage within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) and we will either issue you a refund or will have your item(s) posted out to you again as soon as possible.

Do you guys do custom cartoonized designs?

How does Afterpay/Laybuy work?
Afterpay
We offer Afterpay storewide. With Afterpay, you can pay for your order over 4 simple instalments, interest free - paid fortnightly, but receive your items right away. If you have an Afterpay account already, simply choose the Afterpay option at checkout to purchase with Afterpay.
Laybuy
This is an option that we offer if you are wanting to pay off your order over a certain period. Generally, we request a minimum of $50 payment each week until your order is fully paid. Once your order has been fully paid for, you are welcome to then pick up. Please contact us via our instagram page or flick us an email to request laybuy payments.
